1. If you prefer to order
by phone, you will get the access code to the subscriber
web site as soon as you give us the credit card information. However,
we spend a lot of our time on the phone, and it may take a while to get
through. If the
phone number is busy, please wait a few moments because we have call
waiting. If you leave your phone number, we will call you back as soon
as possible, during normal business hours.

Fax
2. You can send the same information to us
via fax at (913) 432-7174. This is a very private fax machine
and no one who should not see your credit card info will be able to get
it from the fax. We will also accept a company purchase order by fax.
Please be sure to include your phone number, the full billing address
for your credit card and your
email address in printed form. We will send you the access codes by
email as soon as we get your order.

Money Order
3. Send a check or a money order to Offshore
Press, Inc., PO Box 8137, Prairie Village, KS 66208. We will send you
the subscriber web site access codes by email as soon as we get the
check or purchase order.

4. If you are a lawyer or financial advisor
serving the public, send a company purchase order to our Fax number
or by mail with your mailing address and phone number and we will
send you an invoice by regular mail.
